Notes
1. U4 74HCT00 would be better
2. Option A is for 4 additional controller inputs
3. Option B will probably become standard
4. J3 jumper must be removed when downloading firmware (don't know why!)
5. I will be adding fault protection logic as well. Shouldn't need
many extra components, mostly done by existing quad comparator.
