Where to buy LEGO® Spares

LEGO® sells certain spare parts as special service packs but spares
are generally only available by mail order, although
I did once visit a store in Zürich that sold the whole range!
So here is a list of the addresses for obtaining spares in various
countries. None of these, as far as I know, will ship to other
