All long wagons need two bogie plates. These allow a pair of axles to swivel underneath a wagon floor bed such as #5302. Each plate is equivalent to a 4x6 plate and the same thickness. They have a Technic style connector sticking out of the centre that fits into the holes in a wagon floor bed or any Technic plate.
