An excavator that can either drive on the road or, by lowering its rail axles, drive along the track. The body swivels 360 degrees so that the excavator arm can reach either side of the track when making repairs. When stationary it has stabilizers that can be lowered so that it doesn't tip off the tracks, in the raised position they prevent the body from turning. It comes with one magnetic coupling so that you can tow it behind a train. It has a storage compartment for the magnetic coupling when it's not in use.
