This is the one and only Town Monorail, designed for shuttling passengers from the town to the airport terminal, arguably the best Town set ever made. It is part of the Airport sub-theme of Town LEGOŽ.
The monorail train is symmetrical apart from the battery box, so the driver can sit either end. One car seats 4 passengers whereas the battery car only seats 2.
It comes with a double loop of track and two monorail stations. Each station has a control switch that lets you control whether the train stops at the station, turns around or just goes straight through.
One station is at ground level, whereas the other one is elevated. Both are complete models built on road plates, one green (presumably to match the airports) and the other grey to match standard road plates.
The passengers carry blue tickets (1x1 tiles) which they have to insert into ticket machines before they can get onto the platforms.
